How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to reply to every enquiry within one working day, usually sooner. If your job is urgent, say so in your message and we will prioritise it.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. We come out, look at the job properly, and send you a clear, itemised quote with no obligation to go ahead. You will know the price before any work starts.
Do you take on small jobs, or only full projects?
Both. Whether it is a single socket or a full rewire, we treat it the same way and turn up when we say we will.
Are you qualified and insured?
Yes. We are NAPIT approved and TrustMark registered, fully insured, and every job is certified and signed off properly.
What happens after I get in touch?
